How it started?

Sheriya.com is the subsidiary company for sheriya beauty salon (salon is in business for over 11 years now), which was started after the start of pandemic (2020). The Business Owner (Rita) saw that a lot of her customers were trying to take care of their skin and body but as everything was shut down they were not able to come to the salon and get their favourite treatments and products. So Rita knew that they cant provide the treatment at home during lockdown but what they could do is deliver products to their clients in the most hassle free way.


Rita reached out to sansita digital to help her achieve this goal in the most effective way possible. Our team started working hard to put her vision into executive-able plan and we communicated the next steps with her, which were as follow:

Challenges Faced

Sheriya.com had a maximum budget of 300 euros for the month with an inventory of 500 products from 5 different brands. Which makes it very difficult to generate sales for 500 products as we were unable to create personalised ads with such limited budget.


So our team of expert did a market research and competitor analysis, which help us understand the number of sellers and pricing competition for these products. 4 out of 5 brands had more than 20 sellers / retailers with high price competition and there was one brand which had only 6 retailers with a fair price competition.


Another challenge was to get sales for a new company with 0 trust among the customers and 0 brand awareness among the Irish market. For online marketplace trust is one the key factors that affects a purchase decision after pricing.



How did we overcome the challenge ?

So our team decided to promote the brand with least competition as it would generate the maximum returns for the company and will help company to scale quickly.


For this particular brand the price for all products were kept competitive and to give a creative edge over competitors our team decided to change the background of product image from white to grey as all the competitor has white product background and having a grey background would help the products to stand out in  the search results.


we also added some trust element to the website and made the checkout process very easy for the customers.

Earlier the business used to buy stock worth 5000 euros from that particular brand but after our service they had a tremendous growth and they started buying stocks over 75000 euros and still growing. they have become one of the top destination to shop skincare products online.
