Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Contract period is 6 months or longer


2. SEO is a organic growth process and it takes about 6 months or longer to show significant result


3. We dont not offer Coding / website development service in this package, in case of creating new pages we would be designing the page only, web developement needs to be provided by the client


4. We will provide a hike of 50%-200% in the traffic within 6 to 9 months’ time period where the base value will be calculated based on top 20 performing keywords of your website found in the Google Webmaster Tool which. are primarily producing the traffic for your website. It would be top X keywords based on the package selected. If it’s a 20 keyword package it will be calculated based on top 20 keywords and if it’s a 40 keyword package purchased, then traffic would be calculated based on top 40 keywords.


5. Images to be provided by the client


6. Written Content Need to be provided by the client


7. Press Release matter to be provided by client. SEI can create & submit into the free press release third party websites.


8. Only Home page validation of the website. W3C errors are removed on best effort basis as it is dependent on third party code/script on the website.


9. Client needs to give acess to the company digital accounts and Cms / web developmet codes of the website


10. Client needs to provide company color scheme pallet (only if required)
